March
Is the Luck of the Irish with you?

Spring is right around the corner, as the first day of the season this year is Friday the 20th. Be sure to celebrate it with a trip to the park or a walk around the neighborhood! Also, let's not forget about St. Patrick's Day! There are sure to be many activities taking place so have fun, be safe and enjoy the festivities!

2nd Annual Passport Wine Tasting Fundraiser sponsored by the Gold River Business Group is May 19th!!

Gold River Station's
Neighborhood Website!

Click the Gold River Station Community News tab for more information about the Gold River Business Group's 2nd Annual Passport Wine Tasting Fundraiser. It's an event you don't want to miss! Speaking of not missing, don't forget to set your clocks one hour ahead before you go to sleep the night of March 13th.

To better communicate with one another, I added the "Neighborhood Alert & Message Board" link. Please feel free to express your interests, concerns, suggestions, etc. about the security patrol, as well as anything else you feel we would like to be aware of in the Gold River Station/Gold Run neighborhood.

If you want to email the NW Committe members, please send your questions or comments to goldriver_neighborhood@yahoo.com and one of us will get back with you.

Be sure to keep yourself up-to-date this year by checking the website regularly, as well as submit any information that you feel is beneficial to the rest of us. Remember, share this website with everyone you know, especially your neighbors.

Speaking of keeping up-to-date. Below is an interactive link that shows the for sale versus sold activity for all of Sacramento County. FYI, this link will update on a monthly basis. If you would like more market information please call me at 916.960-0786 and I will do what I can to help you.

Please take the time to look through this site, and use the "Make a Suggestion" link at the top of the site to share your thoughts. Remember, this site is absolutely FREE and was designed exclusively for you and your neighbors!

Blessings,

Angela R. Jones
